What it does

Haftra is a tracking journal. Your prescription comes from your clinician; Haftra only helps you keep that treatment consistent and see what is changing.

Weekly plan

A four-dose plan builds itself from your first shot, every 7 days. You get a reminder on dose day and the day before.

Site rotation

It tells you which injection site comes next. Pen or vial + U-100 syringe, recordable in syringe units.

Weight trend

Weight, BMI and how far you are from your goal. Imports smart-scale and glucose readings automatically through Apple Health.

Study context

Compares your own result with the SURMOUNT-1 and STEP-1 trial averages — with the source cited, not as a prediction or a score.

Side effect journal

Type, severity and notes, so you walk into your next appointment with a clear picture.

Anonymous community

Side-effect signals from people on the same medication. Nothing appears until at least 3 different people have reported it.

How we treat privacy

You can use Haftra without ever creating an account, in which case every record stays on your phone only. If you do create one, your records live in a protected space that only you can read, and you can permanently delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time. Your progress photos never leave your device under any circumstances.
